As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques
- Oversee medical documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate and manage patient care, including discharge planning and diagnostic evaluations
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in caring for patients
- Implement and maintain efficient healthcare systems to optimize patient outcomes
Experience
- Previous experience in drawing blood, medical documentation, and diagnostic evaluation
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques
- Experience managing nursing staff and coordinating patient care
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and best practices in nursing management
