Program Manager/Public Health Analyst
This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered.

Cherokee Nation Integrated Health (CNIH) is seeking a Part-time Program Manager/Public Health Analyst to support the CDC's Occupational Health Clinics. This role involves planning, resource management, budgeting, risk management, and quality control in occupational health care coordination.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Manager/Public Health Analyst: Pay commensurate with experience.
- Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Program Manager/Public Health Analyst Responsibilities Include:
- Develop detailed project plans and maintain project schedules.
- Allocate resources effectively and monitor resource utilization.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and track costs.
- Identify and assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular meetings and updates with stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards through reviews and audits.
- Supervise Medical Assistants and Registered Nurses to ensure protocol adherence.
- Provide administrative support and serve as the on-site contractor representative.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Program Manager/Public Health Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Advanced degree (master's or PhD) in Public Health, Health Sciences, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management and public health analysis.
- Experience in occupational health care coordination.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
