OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to join our team and work remotely. We provide superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado, specializing in serving both adult and adolescent patients in a supportive outpatient environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The psychotherapist will participate in the integrated care team model at OMH. Our interdisciplinary health care team includes physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHP).
CUSTOMIZE THE CARE FOR EACH PATIENT: You will have the autonomy to determine how often you see a patient as well as the appropriate length of time spent with each patient. Individual psychotherapy is the most common clinical work performed, but our clinicians also perform family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
PICK YOUR OWN SCHEDULE! Enjoy the freedom to create your own custom schedules with the perfect work/life balance. Typically, clinicians work between Mondays – Fridays from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

LEADERSHIP & ADVANCEMENT: OMH is a growing, clinician-led company with opportunities to become senior psychotherapists and/or site supervisors.
EDUCATION & LICENSURE: Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) in the state of Colorado with the ability to practice independently is required.
