**Salary Range:** $60,000 - $110,000 (Depending on Experience)**About Us:**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic services, a passion for mental health, and a desire to work in a collaborative environment. This role involves offering individual, family, and group therapy to clients of all ages.**Responsibilities:**
\- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
\- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups.
\- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
\- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide holistic care.
\- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.
\- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.
**Qualifications:**
\- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
\- Active licensure in the state of Alaska as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
\- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
\- Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and interventions.
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
\- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
