OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to join our team and work remotely from the comfort of their home. OMH provides superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado, specializing in serving both adult and adolescent patients in a supportive outpatient environment since 2016.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The psychotherapist will participate in the integrated care team model at OMH. Outpatient behavioral health practices like OMH emphasize team approaches, allowing you to perfect your skills in integrated behavioral health care. The interdisciplinary health care team includes physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC).
CUSTOMIZE THE CARE FOR EACH PATIENT:
Our clinicians have the unique ability to customize care for each patient. You will have the autonomy to determine how often and for how long you see each patient. Individual psychotherapy is the most common clinical work performed, but our clinicians also perform family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
PICK YOUR OWN SCHEDULE!
- Enjoy the freedom to create your own custom schedules with the perfect work/life balance.
- Typically, clinicians work between Mondays – Fridays somewhere between the hours of 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Focus on patient care without any additional on-call responsibilities. Our psychotherapists concentrate on patient care, while our back-office support team handles billing, collections, credentialing, etc. Once you leave the office for the day, your time is yours.

LEADERSHIP & ADVANCEMENT:
OMH is a growing, clinician-led company. Our Site Supervisors are available to support every clinician. Talk with our recruitment team about advancement opportunities to become senior psychotherapists or site supervisors.
EDUCATION & LICENSURE:
Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Washington is required, with the ability to practice independently. Licensure in the states of Massachusetts and Colorado is preferred.
