Overview:
At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Nursing Supervisors are critical in providing exceptional, patient-centered care. We are currently hiring for a Nursing Supervisor for SL Idaho Cardiology Clinic in Meridian!
What You Can Expect:
- Direct supervisor for clinical staff (CMA’s, RN’s)
- Collaborate with Practice Manager, PAS Staff & Clinical staff on clinic work-flow process improvement
- Create/Edit/Publish clinical staff schedules & staff open shifts from sick calls and PTO for clinical staff
- Attendance tracking, time-card approvals and hiring of new clinical staff
- Precepting and onboarding new clinical staff
- HR duties, including performance reviews for clinical staff
- Attend/Lead department meetings
- Order and dispose of medications as appropriate. Manage Crash Cart and medical supplies & logs.
- Oversee SMART Program and overall compliance.
Schedule: Monday through Friday or 4, 10 hour shifts with variable day off.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
- Experience: 3 years' relevant experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Cardiology is ideal.
- Prior leadership experience
