The Opportunity
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
- Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
- ED/UCC experience preferred.
- New grads with strong emergency or paramedic/EMT experience will be considered.
- Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, and BLS are preferred.
- Current CA state license is a plus.
The Practice
San Joaquin General Hospital - French Camp, California
- A 196-bed general acute care facility providing a full range of inpatient services including General Medical/Surgical Care, High-Risk Obstetrics and Neonatal Intensive Care, Pediatrics, and Intensive Care.
- Level II Trauma Center with an annual volume of 55,000+ and a daily patient volume ranging from 150-180.
- The only trauma center in the county, with an acuity level of 15-25% and an admit rate of 14%.
- Cerner EMR system.
- APPs have access to scribes and dragon dictation to aid with documentation.
