Flagstar Rehab OTs work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team to perform evaluations, treatments, and patient/family education to improve the physicality and cognition of their patients and positively impact their ability to function in their daily lives.

*Hourly Pay Rate: W2 $42-$46 1099: $55-$57*
*Occupational Therapist Job Duties:*
* Provides Occupational Therapy services to residents by assisting in the assessment and treatment, development and implementation of programs,
* and related professional in-services.
* Conducts individual, supervised and group treatment as assigned by the Occupational Therapist and as outlined in the treatment plan.
* Monitors resident's response to intervention and consults with Occupational Therapist if modification is indicated.
* Adheres to department and resident schedule and modifies as appropriate for treatment regimen.
* Maintains acceptable resident care rations as determined by the Occupational Therapist.
*Occupational Therapists employed by Flagstar Rehab will receive:*

*Occupational Therapist Requirements:*
* Current NYS OT License and Registration
* EMR Competence
* Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
* Malpractice/Liability Insurance (if applicable)
