*Medi Home Health & Hospice,* a division of Medical Services of America Inc*., *is currently seeking an experienced *Full-Time Director of Professional Services *for our location in *Winston Salem (Davidson), NC.*
* General oversight of patient care and effective management of utilization of services.
* Coordination of agency functions.
* Oversee/supervise team of clinical and non-clinical staff including full-time & PRN RNs, LPNs, PTs, OTs, and Hospice Aides
*Job Requirements*
* A Registered Nurse (RN). BSN strongly preferred.
* Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of *NC*.
* Progressive clinical and management experience in a Hospice setting strongly preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years in a *MEDICARE CERTIFIED Hospice agency setting required.*
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of federal/state laws and guidelines pertaining to home health and Medicare.
* High level management skills needed to be successful in the role as a leader to include conflict management, negotiation, team building, communication and coaching/mentoring others.
