This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position that is scheduled to work Monday through Friday typically from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.You will work at 600 Highland Ave and Research Park in Madison, WI.

We are seeking an RN Clinic Manager – Pediatric Specialties Clinics
- Provide dynamic leadership for our busy Pediatric Orthopedics, Fitness, Neurology, and Child Protection clinics.
- Ensure the provision of remarkable patient care for our pediatric patients and their families most efficiently and effectively.
- Manage daily operations and administrative functions of the pediatric specialties clinics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Management, Business, or related healthcare field Preferred
Work Experience
- 2 years healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience Required
- 5 years progressive, relevant supervisory/management experience Preferred
- Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Required
- Applicable clinical certification Preferred
