Responsibilities of an Infection Prevention Control RN:
Responsible for the administration of the center’s Infection Prevention and Infection Control Program. You will identify, investigate, and report infections and communicable diseases and educate staff on the control and prevention of those infections.
Qualifications for an Infection Prevention Control RN:
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) required.
• RN Licensure in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum one (1+) years nursing experience. Long-Term Care / Sub-Acute Care Nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in Infection Prevention and Control with knowledge of patient care practices.
• Completion of Infection Prevention training/IPCO Certification within 5 days of employment.

Sunnybrook Rehabilitation Center, located at 25 Sunnybrook Rd in Raleigh NC, is a 95 bed skilled nursing center that offers in-patient residential care, short-term rehabilitation, and specialty services. Our property features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, 7-day per week admissions, and rehabilitation gym with 7 day per week therapy, and we accept a wide variety of insurance plans. We manage situations to create positive outcomes.
