We are recruiting for an exciting sales opportunity in Greater Boston for a fast-growing healthcare startup. You work alongside the operations team to identify referral sources, build relationships with clinical partners, and provide resources to patients in need. You'll be the face of the company in your local community and will ensure that patients and providers are aware of the company's programs and what makes them different from the competition.
Responsibilities
- Be a valuable source of information for all things related to intermediate levels of care in mental health
- Act as a consultant to professionals (managed care organizations, therapists, psychiatrists, schools, health systems, and other providers) and families looking to access services
- Interface with admissions to ensure a seamless patient experience and drive census
- Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
- Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and solidify community partnerships
- Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners
- Deepen relationships with existing partners
- Lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call
Qualifications
- Must be based in Greater Boston
- 3+ years of proven sales experience
- Strong time management skills and self-starter
- Strong preference for candidates with prior sales experience in behavioral health
Compensation
Base salary of 125-175k based on experience with an additional 35% of base bonus, uncapped, first 3 months guaranteed, mileage reimbursement and full benefits
