We are seeking to employ part-time or full-time therapists, who have a passion for working with couples, using the Gottman Method and other evidence based modalities, treating couples in Addiction Recovery and Betrayal Trauma, and guiding couples through the ambivalence of deciding to stay in or leave a marriage, using Discernment Counseling. We offer in-person and hybrid/online therapy. We welcome all faith-based paradigms as well as those independent of a specific ideology. Preferred candidates will have 2+ years of post-licensure experience and must be available during some evening or weekend hours. Our primary clients are couples. Marriage experience and training are required. Responsibilities: • Use Gottman and other evidence-based assessment tools • Plan, carry out, and assess therapeutic treatment for each client • Document client records accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility and licensing standards • Attend and participate in weekly scheduled Clinical Team meetings • Contribute by generating blogs on clinical topics • Network with community resources Qualifications: The following are preferred qualifications, but not all are required: • Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) • Registered and licensed with DORA • Certified or Trained in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy • Certified or Trained in Addiction treatment, especially sexual addiction, betrayal trauma • Certified or Trained as a Certified Sex Therapist • Certified or Trained in evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma therapies, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapies, etc. • Certified or Trained in EMDR • Excellent communication skills and an ability to relate well to adults of all different backgrounds and orientations • Hard-working, responsible, wise, compassionate, always learning • Passionate about working with couples and curious about people and healing • Able to work evening hours, daytime hours, and/or a weekend day/evening Compensation: $48 - $65 hourly
