We are looking for a humble, passionate, and enthusiastic Licensed Clinical Therapist Manager with a high degree of integrity and a positive attitude to join our special team of clinicians and support experts!
How You Will Have an Impact:
- Supervise Unlicensed Therapists.
- Coach and develop Licensed Therapists.
- Lead individual and group clinical meetings to promote culture, collaboration in care, and improve client and clinician satisfaction.
- Hire, onboard, & retain a high-quality Clinical Team at assigned practice(s).
- Implement education, communication, and advocacy programs for clinicians regarding quality, client safety, and professional development.
- Responsible for execution of practice operations and achieving performance expectations as outlined by management.
- Coordinate clinical programming with group and individual curricula.
- Support case management and treatment planning by directing client care plans, managing evidence-based programs for clients, and participating in clinical work, as needed.
- Carry a caseload that includes more complicated, or emergency clients.
- Ensure the maintenance of data related to client care and client outcomes by reviewing records for completeness, consistency & quality of mental health services using evaluation tools provided by the practice(s).
- Sign off on notes & regulatory documents as needed.
- Work with Market & Practice Leadership to oversee and manage daily practice operations, streamline, and improve clinical operations, and establish best practices.
About You:
- Must be an independently licensed Psychotherapy Care Provider (PsyD, PhD, LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT); licensure in either DC, Virginia, or Maryland required, and cross-licensure across two or three of these states is a big plus.
- 7+ years’ experience providing treatment to adult, young professional, and/or adolescent clients.
- 5+ years’ experience providing clinical direction and supervision, successfully leading clinical care teams, and supporting clinical operations.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, including team and individual clinician development.
- Excellent analytical, abstract reasoning, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of evidence-based clinical treatment methods and current medical, educational, and psychosocial intervention models.
- High adaptability to the changing environment based on current scientific evidence and formulation of standard operating procedures within the Company.
- Willingness to travel to multiple locations.

Salary Range: $90,000- $110,000
