Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $35.04 - $47.30 / hour
Summary:
Position is eligible for Sign-On Bonus and Relocation! Position will be 10 hour shifts, Friday to Monday.
Coordinate and supervise departmental activities serving as an active member of the interdisciplinary team. Facilitate appropriate patient scheduling based on clinical need and expedite flow of patients within the department, being available to all staff as a resource. Facilitate effective communication with administration, patients, physician offices, and staff, and allocate resources to promote efficient, effective, and compassionate patient care. Ensure appropriate staffing and monitor staff. Oversee staff clinical performance and contribute to performance evaluations. Monitor and audit compliance with regulatory standards. Assist all managers' responsibilities in their absence on weekends. Participate on committees, task forces, and/or activities as assigned. Support the decisions of the clinical manager, home health leadership, and System Director of Home Health.
Requirements:
Education: Baccalaureate Degree in one of the following: Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech Language Pathology (SLP) required. Associate Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Experience: 5 years clinical experience preferred.
Certification: BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support) required.
License: State of Florida licensure required in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, or RN. Valid Florida Driver's license within 30 days of employment required.
