Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this role is to provide supervision for our clients and ensure their safety while building rapport. This includes:
- Being aware of where all assigned residents are and what they are doing at all times.
- Facilitating the residential daily schedule and providing support to residents in activities such as chores, meal service, and events.
- Providing transportation to residents for community outings in a safe manner.
- Practicing compliance with all policies and documentation requirements.
- Remaining current on all required trainings and certifications.
Qualifications
H.S. Degree or GED required; bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred. Prior work experience in behavioral health treatment settings with adolescents is a plus. Must have a valid driver's license.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to walk, sit, stand, bend, lift, and move constantly. The employee must be alert for client safety.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $21.00 to $25.50 per hour based on education and experience.
