The Central Sterile Educator supports Operating Room and Central Sterile teams at Stamford Hospital main campus.
Under limited supervision, develops and implements educational programs for Central Sterile staff. Evaluates and revises orientation, continuing education, in-service training, and quality assurance processes based on identified needs, policies and procedures, and current best practices.
Schedule: 11am to 7pm- Monday through Friday Flex shift- Full time.

Minimum Requirements:
- Equivalent to an associate degree, requires knowledge of a specialized field.
- Must have Sterile Processing Certification.
- Minimum of 5 years related experience.
- Strong communication skills required; ability to cultivate cross departmental relationships.
