Josiah White's is seeking a Clinical Program Director to lead our family preservation program. This full-time position requires a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with at least three years of social service experience and a strong commitment to our Christian mission and values. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Vice President and Executive Director of Family Services to build a dynamic preservation program, ensure program compliance, drive strategic growth, and promote clinical integrity across all locations.
In this role, you will oversee program administration, operational planning, and staff development, providing essential supervision for program staff who are working toward clinical licensure. Your ability to inspire and lead a diverse team while maintaining open communication with stakeholders will be critical to the success of our mission. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, knowledgeable of best practices and standards regarding supervision, and passionate about creating positive outcomes for families in need.
Josiah White’s main location is in Wabash, IN. This position can be based out of Wabash or any one of our regional locations in Indiana including: Fort Wayne, Greenwood, Indianapolis, Merrillville or South Bend. This position will require regular travel between locations. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, though the person in this position must be available for crisis consultation during business and non-business hours.
