*Responsibilities:*

6. Coordinated Work:
- Coordinate care management tasks with the healthcare team, ensuring accountability for care delivery.

- Accurately document and bill for services in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with billing and coding professionals.
9. Longitudinal Care:
- Act as a patient advocate, providing ongoing support throughout their care journey to ensure continuity and comprehensiveness.
*Must Haves:*
* NC RN license
* BLS certification
* ASN
* At least 2 years of acute RN experience (preferably in Cardiac, Surgery, and Trauma/Burns)
