NorthSight Recovery is an outpatient behavioral health agency seeking passionate applicants to join the team. We offer partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient services for those struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions. Our outpatient clinics are dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals while addressing social determinants of health through our transitional living program.
Position Overview: As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with psychiatric disorders. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
- Identify, diagnose, and educate on psychiatric and mental health conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and monitor medication usage.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to enhance client care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with state and company regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Physical Requirements
- This type of work involves sitting for extended periods of time, typically in front of computer screens.
- This position may require ascension and descension of one or more flights of stairs throughout the shift.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.

Position Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in the behavioral health field
- Current Advanced Practitioner license with the Arizona State Board of Nursing or Physician’s Assistant license with the Arizona Medical Board
- Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in psychiatric nursing or a related field. Preference in addiction treatment.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and empathy for diverse populations.
