About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Patient Evaluation and Treatment
- Assess patients’ physical capabilities and identify limitations.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and reducing pain.
- Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to promote functional recovery.
Patient Education and Support
- Educate patients and their families on the importance of physical therapy and provide guidance throughout the treatment process.
Collaboration
- Work alongside physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver well-rounded care.
Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records, keeping the healthcare team updated on progress.

Qualifications
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Arizona.
