Length: 17 Weeks
Requirements:
- AZ license
- 2 years’ experience
- Must be able to Titrate Cardiac Drips
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Other Details: - Travelers will need to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start
- There is also a pass/fail Sim Lab on day one of orientation
- First to float
- Will float between all Tele and MedSurg units
- Floating is required. Depending on skill level, nurses will float to ICU, Cardiac Tele, as well as all Tele units, MedSurg, any & every holding area (this could be in the Cath Lab, ER, observation floor, even a hallway) They staff the observation floor 1st, then the other units
- Charting System- Cerner
