MultiCare Health System is seeking a compassionate and skilled Inpatient Medical Oncology Nurse Practitioner or PA-C to join our dedicated team at Tacoma General Hospital.

Position Highlights:
- 100% Inpatient Focus: You will be rounding on inpatients and taking consults. This position does not include outpatient duties.
- Caseload: Manage 10-20 patients per day with 7-9 new consults weekly, allowing for in-depth, meaningful patient interactions.
- Collaborative Support: You will be joining a local team of 6 Medical Oncologists, 3 Surgical Oncologists, 4 Radiation Oncologists, and 4 Medical Oncology APPs.
What You'll Need:
- Strong Oncology Knowledge: We're seeking candidates with a passion for oncology and a desire to grow within a high-volume, high-acuity inpatient setting.
- Team Player: Collaboration is key-our team thrives on the open exchange of ideas and mutual support.
- Flexibility & Commitment: This is a full-time, Monday-Friday (8-5 position supporting the inpatient service with a consistent schedule.
Common Questions:
- Pay: Competitive compensation ($130,461.00-$149,955 starting pay based on YOE), annual quality incentive + merit increase, with full benefits package, including sign on and relocation bonus.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (8AM-5PM), no weekends, no call
- Location: Tacoma General Hospital, an integral part of our MultiCare Cancer Institute on the 4th Floor Milgard, featuring 21 exam rooms and 30 infusion chairs.
Requirements:
- Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
