SUMMARY
Oversee of daily unit operations and staff supervision. The Clinical Manager directly, and via delegation of authority to the daily operations of Ambulatory Care Services, including Grady Walk-In Center and facilitates efficient patient flow, and acts as primary contact person for issues involving the centers. Supplements staffing as needed. Manage patient overflow from ECC and other Community-based facilities. Carry out special projects for the benefit of the Ambulatory Care Services as directed by the Administrative Director. Provide administrative coverage for Ambulatory Care Services as directed. Maintain records of current licensure/certification of staff as required by regulatory agencies and professional standards. Participate in the development, resource allocation, administration and analysis of Ambulatory Care Services capital, personnel and operating budget. Works with the Medical Director, Administrative Director and Senior Clinical Manager to ensure that key performance indicators are monitored, quality care and patient satisfaction are consistently met.
QUALIFICATIONS
Current Georgia License as a Registered Professional Nurse
Bachelor Degree in Nursing Required, Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing leadership experience
