Practice Setting:
- Join a team of 8 OBGYNs in our award-winning healthcare system
- Access multiple subspecialty departments, including Cardiology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Radiology, Urology, Oncology, Neurology, and General, Thoracic, Cardiac, Neuro, Vascular, Gynecology/Oncology, and Oncology Surgery.
- New graduate-friendly system with opportunities for professional growth.
- DaVinci XI is available for those interested - not required to use.
- The team averages around 115-120 deliveries per month.
- Anesthesia is onsite 24/7.
Schedule:
- Busy practice being able to see as many patients as you're comfortable with.
- 4 day clinic workweek.
- Call is 1:7, clinic and hospital call overlap on the same dates for a work/life balance.
- OB hospitalist is onsite 24/7.
- $375k base compensation + wRVU productivity with excellent earning potential (the team average is $447k)
- $50,000 recruitment incentive.
