_*Job Overview:*_
Women's Imaging Specialists, an elite women's breast health company, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammography Technologist to join our Mobile Mammography Team. The Mobile Mammographer is responsible for completing 3D screening and diagnostic mammograms at our client sites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding medical imaging and be dedicated to providing excellent patient care.
_*This is a flex position, that does not require any nights, weekends, holidays, or on-calls.*_
_*Duties:*_
- Perform screening mammograms and other diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with breast cancer and other breast conditions.
- Ensure all patients receive a high-quality imaging experience, while maintaining the highest level of patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain aseptic technique and follow all necessary safety protocols during patient procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques, including mammography and other diagnostic imaging procedures.
_*Requirements:*_
- Current certification as a Mammography Technologist (RT(M))
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or a related field preferred
- Ability to learn Infinnitt Scheduling software
- Strong understanding of anatomy and aseptic technique.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
