Clinical Manager - Ophthalmology
Located in the Willamette Valley, Oregon, we have a rich history in our practice, including 5-star reviews, “best of” awards, and fellowship-trained Ophthalmologists and Optometrists.
As the region's highly regarded privately owned multi-location practice, we provide advanced eyecare including glaucoma, retina, comprehensive, LASIK, cataract, cornea, and plastics.
Come join us as a hands-on Clinical Manager with comprehensive experience in Ophthalmology.
Clinical Operations Include:
- Manage technicians to ensure adequate Physician support.
- Monitor clinical workflow to continue our superb patient experience.
- Travel between locations may be needed and compensation will be provided.
- Cultivate a culture of pride and proficiency within the practice through continuing education, developed team training, and help in recognizing our talent.
- Oversee service and maintenance of diagnostic, exam room, and other ophthalmic equipment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Successful management experience in Ophthalmology/Optometry practice is preferred.
- Workflow management and knowledge to oversee the staff and physicians.
- 3+ years managing a medical team, hiring, training, and development of your staff.
- Certifications of Ophthalmic Technician (COA, COT, COMT) or COE is preferred.
- Excellent experience in medical practice will be considered, with reviews of your practice and performance outcomes.

Pay:
$80,000 to $125,000 plus estimated and open to consideration of your skills, plus incentives.
