What you will do:
Endeavor Health, formally NorthShore Hospitals, the principal teaching affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, seeks an outstanding full-time Body Imaging Radiologist to join a busy, sub-specialized clinical service.
Endeavor Health is comprised of a group of large community hospitals and outpatient centers located in Chicago's highly desirable North Shore suburbs which offer world-class public schools as well as abundant cultural and recreational activities in addition to being close to Chicago. This position relates to Evanston, Glenbrook, Skokie, and Highland Park Hospitals.
Work from home is available approximately 60% of shifts. The successful candidate will have experience in interpreting radiologic studies in Body Imaging, including CT, Ultrasound, and MRI of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis. Nuclear Medicine experience, including PET/CT, is welcome.
Endeavor Health has its own dedicated radiology fellows in Body Imaging, Breast Imaging, Neuroradiology, and Musculoskeletal radiology, as well as rotating radiology residents from the University of Chicago, with medical students and non-radiology interns and residents occasionally rotating through radiology as well. Teaching on those shifts is integral to the position.
The Radiology Department at Endeavor Health Hospitals consists of 50+ subspecialized Radiologists, including a dedicated, separate from body imaging, Interventional Radiology section which performs all thoracic and body imaging procedures.
