We're seeking a special Mental Health Therapist who wants to:

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution
Virginia clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) with independent practice ability and potential supervisory experience
Experience in psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Be able to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents promptly
Comfort working with diverse populations
Proficiency in standard office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
Successful completion of a background check
Responsibilities:
Provide therapy services for individuals, families, and groups.
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create treatment plans, and complete documentation.
For Full-Time status, clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team.
Use creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
Advocate for clients by coordinating services with other personnel.
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Experience working with individuals, couples and families
Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services provided in an outpatient setting, community resources, and insurance billing
Certification in specialty treatment modalities
Fluent in a language in addition to English
