Responsibilities:
Providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, in accordance with established care plans and medical protocols.
- Administering medications, treatments, and other medical procedures as prescribed by a physician.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and changes in the patient's condition.
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Providing emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families.
- Educating patients and families about their health conditions and how to manage them.
- Coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, therapists, and social workers.
- Documenting all care provided and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards of practice.
- Adhering to ethical and professional standards of nursing practice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Professional Nurse Licensure
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting
- B1 or B2 level German Language Certificate
