*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Audiologist to join our client's team in Bloomington, MN. This role involves providing high-quality hearing and balance healthcare services to patients of all ages. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-focused environment, utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and treatment methods. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and balance assessments, interpret diagnostic results, and develop individualized treatment plans. *Responsibilities and Duties:*
* Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and balance assessments for patients of all ages.
* Interpret diagnostic results and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
* Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss, treatment options, and hearing aid care.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
* Stay up to date with the latest advancements in audiology and integrate new techniques and technologies into practice.
*Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required:*
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-care skills.
* Proficiency in using audiometric and balance assessment equipment.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
*Education / Professional Experience:*
* Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s degree in Audiology from an accredited program.
* Experience fitting and dispensing hearing aids preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
*Licenses / Certifications:*
* Valid audiology license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of Minnesota.
* Candidates currently licensed in Minnesota are strongly preferred.
