We are looking for a US Regional Immunology Insights Lead who is innovative, transversal and self-motivated to join us in our Integrated Insights & Advanced Analytics Team, based in our United States headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 40% on site presence and 5-10% international or domestic travel.
About the role
You will be the primary insights partner for the US Regional immunology stakeholders, and as such provide strategic partnership, manage insights needs planning both pro-actively and re-actively, i.e., discuss, refine, propose, challenge, and agree on insights needs, priorities, plans and investments, contribute to delivery through quality checks, execution where necessary and insights integration stemming from multiple sources of input. You will advise on the best modalities that efficiently and effectively reach the required insights and you are responsible to involve relevant team members and expertise in the process.
Who you’ll work with
Internally, you will work with leadership in dermatology and rheumatology across marketing, market access, field medical, field sales, and operations. You will also work with primary market research, competitive intelligence, business analysis and advanced analytics teams as well as other global and regional insights leads. Externally, you will work with consultants and associated vendors.
What you’ll do
- Support the launch of UCB assets and initiatives in dermatology and rheumatology.
- Ensure a balanced agenda of insights with US stakeholders that is aligned to agreed priorities.
- Ensure that insights are not replicated, and that usage and interpretation is maximized.
- Ensure that UCB increasingly maximizes the use of secondary data and achieves a healthy balance between running primary studies and leveraging data to generate insights.
- Run primary market research and ensure insights generate business impact.
- Ensure that UCB achieves its strategic objectives by supporting fact-based decision making through data, analytics, and primary research projects.
- Enhance the collaborative dynamic across UCB’s integrated insights and analytics (II&A) hub and engine teams.
- Play an essential role in maximizing learning from different geographies and asset teams across UCB.
- Play a driving role in managing demand across regional stakeholders.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
- 15+ years of healthcare and/or pharmaceutical insights expertise (advisory/execution) in the United States is required.
- Experience with insights generation in rheumatology or dermatology is preferred.
- 10-15+ years of experience working in a global, matrixed environment.
- 10+ years of project management experience.
- Bachelors or Masters degree is preferred.
This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $197,600-259,400 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
