Territory Manager - Cardiovascular Technology - Richmond, VA
Our client, a growing leader in the cardiac medical device market, creates lifesaving wearable solutions that prioritize patient support while ensuring high quality and technical performance. They're currently in need of an established Territory Manager in the Richmond, VA area with prior success selling into clinical settings to manage sales while developing new business. Sales experience in the medical space (cardiovascular/electrophysiology technology) is essential for this role.

What You'll Do:
- Help drive consistent growth by building productive relationships with key accounts and stakeholders in your territory.
- Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales goals, as well as other performance targets.
- Provide world class customer focused solutions and service
- Develop and present quarterly business plans to regional sales leadership.
- Participate in major exhibits and conventions, as necessary.
- Facilitate patient interactions with clinical advisors and customer care teams.
- Deliver timely feedback and information to relevant internal teams.
- Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to product delivery.

What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years minimum sales experience in the cardiac device space
- Willingness to work off-site often (Driver's License required)
- Deep background developing trusted partner relationships
- Experience training and giving on-going product service/support
- Strong client customer pipeline management skills
- Goal oriented professionals
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or marketing
