Urgent Care Physician Assistant
The Company: Our client has multiple Urgent Care Centers in Port Charlotte, FL. They are currently looking for an Urgent Care Physician Assistant.
The Position: The Urgent Care providers see a wide range of patients. The Urgent Care facilities are equipped with on-site Diagnostic Imaging and Laboratory services, with multiple specialists on site during the week as backup. They need to be able to perform minor procedures (splinting, suturing, I&D), and, preferably, be able to treat all populations. Our client is offering the following compensation and benefits:
- $65.00 to $75.00 Per Hour 1099
Responsibilities:
- Monday-Thursday 9am to 6:30pm
- Friday and Saturday 9am to 2pm to start
- Cover Lehigh sometimes
- More hours can be added
- Two different shifts
- Seeing 18-20 patients per day
- Malpractice covered by employer
Requirements:
- Board Certified Physician Assistant
- Florida License
- Urgent Care/Emergency Room Experience
- EMR is DrChrono
- DOT Certified
- Steroid Injections
- Ortho
- Workers Comp
