As a Physical Therapist at Gaylord, your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing a comprehensive evaluation based on accepted professional standards to assess patient needs and function status.
- Devising and implementing appropriate treatment plans to promote the highest level of patient self-sufficiency.
- Regularly re-assessing the efficacy of treatment plans.
- Providing appropriate education to patients and their families.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or eligibility, in Physical Therapy required
- Master’s degree or higher preferred
- Current CT Physical Therapy license or eligibility required
- One (1) year of clinical experience preferred
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday - Friday, days
