Qualifications
- Minimum Education and Experience: B.S. in Food Science and enrolled in a MS program at about mid-point with experience with extrusion experiments, textile analyzers, and running plasma equipment.

- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work independently, ability to do software design of experiments and statistical data analysis.
- Equipment Utilized: Extruders, textile analyzers, and plasma equipment.
