The Medical Bill and Balance Specialist will be responsible for handling medical bill reductions once the case settles. They should have both great verbal and written communication skills and enjoy going out for team bonding.
Responsibilities:
- Verify and negotiate medical bills with third parties.
- Draft and email/fax reduction letters to be sent to third parties.
- Draft closing statements on client cases.
- Handle communication interactions by phone, fax, and email with third parties and clients.
- Help answering phones.
Qualifications:
- You have 1+ years of experience in a personal injury law firm handling medical bill reductions.
- You have good communication skills.
- You are punctual and professional.
Compensation:
$15- $20/hr
