Position: Physical Therapist
Location: Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center, Boca Raton, FL
Shift: PRN (Flexible weekday and weekend hours)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. At Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center, you'll have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our residents through personalized, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess residents and develop tailored treatment plans to help them reach their rehabilitation goals.
- Implement therapeutic techniques, including improving gait, muscle strength, coordination, and more.
- Design and fit adaptive devices, providing residents with the necessary training for their use.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create customized care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate resident progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
- Participate in care conferences, ensuring a comprehensive approach to resident care.
- Provide guidance and oversight to support personnel, upholding professional standards.
- Share your expertise through training programs for medical and nursing staff.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and create a safe, comfortable environment for all.
Qualifications:
Must hold an active, unencumbered Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
