Responsibilities: • Provide in-office or telehealth sessions as requested by patients though position is in office • Complete initial Psychosocial Assessments, formulate Treatment Plans and determine diagnosis • Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions to work toward established goals and alleviate distressing symptoms • Coordinate care with prescribers • Provide timely documentation to support medical necessity • Full-time or Part-time positions available with minimum 12-month contract Qualifications: • Must have a license to practice in the State of Texas - LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LPC-A • Must be dedicated to providing quality mental healthcare • Prior experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting required • Able to make and honor a 12-month minimum commitment • Must be culturally aware and able to work with a diverse population • Professional demeanor and appearance required • Play therapy training & experience required for Play Therapist position • Prior experience offering marital/couples and family therapy • Bilingual candidates a bonus but not required • Must live a commutable distance to Kingwood, TX - PLEASE DETERMINE BEFORE APPLYING Compensation: $80,000 - $96,000 annually
