Radiologic Technologists are responsible for the following:
- Performing clinical diagnostic examinations including any necessary room preparation.
- Explaining radiographic procedures to the patient and obtaining complete patient history.
- Performing clerical duties necessary to the efficient operation of the unit.
Under the supervision of the Radiologist, the Radiologic Technologist will assist physicians during invasive procedures and provide basic patient care as needed.
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1-3 months experience and/or training required
- Satisfactory formal training in an approved program
- ARRT certification required
