The technologist/technician is responsible for specimen processing, test performance, and reporting test results. The technologist/technician must possess knowledge of microbiology and all general areas of the clinical laboratory, including experience with basic equipment used, infection control, and other criteria for universal precautions. Employee will perform additional tasks/activities assigned.

Requirements:

Graduate with an associate's degree from an accredited school of Clinical Laboratory Technician or a bachelor's degree from an accredited school of Clinical Laboratory Technologists or meets CLIA requirements.
