Job Overview:
The OR/Surgical Tech will assist in providing nursing care to the surgical patient.
General Responsibilities:
- Performs scrub duties, assists in the maintenance of instruments, equipment, and supplies.
- Assists in preparation, transportation, and supervision of patients.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
- Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- 1 year surgical technologist preferred.
- BLS.
- Preferred Certification.
