Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in the oral health care of our patients, providing routine cleanings, exams, and other essential services. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, medical documentation, and vital signs. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental cleanings and exams for patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
- Utilize Eaglesoft and Dentrix systems to document patient information and treatment plans.
- Implement aseptic technique in all aspects of patient care to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs before and during procedures.
- Provide patients with oral hygiene instructions and guidance on maintaining healthy teeth and gums.
- Work closely with dentists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest dental technologies and techniques to ensure the best possible care for our patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation of patient treatment and progress.
Experience:
- A current license to practice as a Dental Hygienist in the state where the position is located.
- 2+ years of experience as a Dental Hygienist in a general dentistry setting.
- Proficiency in dental terminology and medical terminology.
- Experience with Eaglesoft and Dentrix systems.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and medical documentation procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $59.03 - $60.28 per hour
