Oncology Sales Specialist - GYN
The Oncology Sales Specialist - GYN, an integral role focusing on Gynecologic Oncology within the region covering Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Colorado, is designated to propel the success and growth of the GYN Oncology sector. Based in Dallas or Houston, this position involves strategic territory management, direct engagement with top-tier medical professionals, and leadership in the delivery of innovative oncology solutions to enhance patient care through expert application and sales of molecular diagnostics and personalized medicine approaches. Actively collaborate with Gynecologic Oncologists, Medical Oncologists, Pathologists, and other key healthcare providers to expand the outreach and impact of cutting-edge oncological therapies and diagnostics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for territory management to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with healthcare providers, enhancing awareness and adoption of our products.
- Achieve profound knowledge of our product lines and the competitive landscape to effectively articulate value propositions.
- Drive sales performance by securing new accounts, fostering customer loyalty, and ensuring retention through effective engagement and problem-solving strategies.
- Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to influence protocols and practices in GYN Oncology through scientific exchange and insights.
- Engage strategic development efforts by targeting business opportunities across academic and community centers, facilitating pathway developments, and EMR integrations.
- Execute comprehensive business planning and sales strategies that align with national sales goals and organizational values.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales roles focused on Gynecologic Oncology, Medical Oncology, or related fields with demonstrated successful outcomes.
- Profound understanding of the GYN Oncology market, molecular diagnostics, and personalized medicine landscape.
- Ability to travel significantly (up to 75%) including overnight stays.
- Proven leadership capabilities, financial literacy, and excellent communication skills.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong track record in sales growth and quota achievement within the oncology sector.
- Advanced degree or certifications relevant to healthcare, business administration, or oncology.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing large territories or accounts.
- Knowledge of EMR systems and healthcare IT solutions.
