Responsibilities
At Open Sky we recognize the importance of person-centered mental health services. The Bridge Counseling Center serves individuals in the community as well as individuals who are served through other Open Sky programs in an outpatient capacity. We offer evidence-based practices, that include medication management and cognitive-behavioral treatments to support individuals with various clinical presentations. This includes Psychotic and Affective Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Trauma Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, Substance use disorders and others.
Open Sky is seeking an Outpatient Services Clinical Supervisor who will direct and supervise staff activities, lead team meetings, and provide clinical direction for individual cases within our outpatient services program. This role involves both providing direct outpatient care to clients and offering clinical leadership to the team, ensuring the implementation of effective treatment plans and fostering the professional development of our outpatient clinical staff.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, collaborate, and maintain relationships with applicable Coordination Entities, Emergency Service Providers, outpatient clinics, and other providers/entities to share information and ensure that the needs of the person are fully met.
Provide individual and group supervision to clinical staff, ensuring adherence to agency standards and regulatory requirements.
Support the professional development of clinical staff within Outpatient Services through regular and ad hoc supervision.
- Provide crisis intervention assistance to people served through direct intervention or warm handoffs and referrals as appropriate.
- Oversee the development and implementation of Safety Plans and Crisis Prevention and Response Plans.
- Build relationships with Persons and develop shared understanding of Persons' goals and the steps necessary to achieve goals.
- Participate in On-Call rotation and critical incident review process.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree and Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADAC I), required. I ndependent licensure with 2.5+ years of licensure to supervise multiple disciplines, required.
- Expertise in treatment of individuals with mental health disorders, including knowledge of substance abuse and dual diagnosis treatment, required.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams with d iverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, highly desired.
