Shift: 07:00 PM to 07:00 AM (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, adjusting as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide high-quality nursing care and ensure a therapeutic relationship with patients and families.
- Educate patients and families on healthcare choices and assist in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver safe and efficient care.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Valid RN license.
- BLS certification (or must obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Experience with drips – Required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of nursing standards, medical terminology, and patient care procedures.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical documentation.
