Sidney Regional Medical Center is searching for a Physician's Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Specialty Clinic team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Specialty Clinic TEAM! This role will support our Urology, ENT, Podiatry, and General Surgery services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides diagnostic and assessment services including health history, physical examinations, requests for laboratory, x-ray, and other test or examinations for patients.
- Diagnoses medical conditions, plans and implements interventions, and evaluates patient responses under the direction of and in partnership with a collaborating physician or designated supervising physician.
- Prescribes and administers medications within licensed prescriptive authority.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Education & Experience:
- Education: Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program required.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a related healthcare setting is required.
- Required Licensure/Certification: Currently licensed as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of Nebraska required.
