Brief Job Description: Utilizing the State of VT DAIL Resident Care Home, Level 3 Regulations, OLP facility policy, and guidance of the OLP Director of Nursing Services (DNS), the nurse will be responsible for residents care management, the collaboration and supervision of care team, communicating with physicians and families, and documenting in Point Click Care. The nurse will oversee the shift, census averaging 40 residents and 6-7 staff.
Currently Hiring:
Day Shift, 7am-3:30pm;
Evening Shift, 3:00pm - 11:30pm;
Night Shift, 11:00pm - 7:30am;
24-40 hours per week pending availability commitment.
Holidays & Weekends shared equitably: Every other weekend, Saturday & Sunday, requirement with optional to split weekend schedule with a teammate.
Pay: Starting at $35-$43 per hour based on experience and committed hours, including shift differentials as applicable. Incentive Bonuses available when eligibility requirements met.
Shift differentials: As applicable: evening: $1.50/ hr; night: $2.50/hr; and weekend: $0.50/hr.
