Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities:
- Instructional Excellence: Prepare engaging lesson plans, effectively utilize learning management systems, and objectively assess student performance.
- Student Interaction: Create a nurturing classroom environment, provide feedback, support student development, and maintain accurate records.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest instructional methodologies, attend workshops, and engage in ongoing professional development.
- Additional Contributions: Participate in campus activities, assist with maintaining an orderly classroom and lab, and contribute to a positive campus culture.

Qualifications
Your Qualifications:
- Must hold an active and unencumbered RN or LVN license in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical nursing experience in the past 5 years.
- Must have either:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school,
- Valid teaching credentials,
- Completed 1 year of full-time teaching in a state accredited or approved RN or LVN program.
- Meet all teaching requirements for community college or state universities in California.
- Must meet approval of the Board of Nursing to hold the position.
- Must meet all regulatory and corporate qualifications.
- Previous experience teaching nursing students preferred.
