Founded in 1964, West Anaheim Medical Center is a 219-bed acute-care hospital dedicated to providing the community with high-quality, compassionate healthcare. Key services include general medical and surgical inpatient care and treatment, emergency services, surgical services, behavioral health, comprehensive heart center, and diagnostic imaging.
Responsibilities
Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations. Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in PI/QC activities. Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- Must have Current CRT issued by CDPH
- Must obtain fluoroscopy permit by CDPH within 6 months of hire
- Must obtain venipuncture certificate within 3 months of hire
- ARRT-R is required
- Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations
- Current BCLS certificate required upon hire and maintain current
- At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred
- Proficient computer skills
West Anaheim Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $33.40. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
